Thank you for being apart of Team FCA. It is my honor to be able to serve our regional staff through the TA Lane. My focus is simple; I am here to serve you! The Talent Advancement Lane involves all things Recruiting, Hiring, Training, and Developing. If you need assistance with anything under these topics, I am here to walk beside you through the journey.
